The customer has canceled the order.so it will not be displayed in the seller dashboard.

It has been suspended. Due to delay of the product entry or non-compliance with product adding rules. if you want to re activate your seller account please contact us on 055 3133 000 – Onada.lk.

The product name must be spelled correctly Clear images of products should be included (square-shaped images) Product details should be clear A clear Delivery fee must be including The category relevant to the product must be selected correctly

Of the seller upon receipt of an order the dashboard shows the following Then choose “Orders” on the category Select “Order Details” Shown Order Details Payment Status and Delivery Status Update

Switch change the above-published tick, you can change published product to unpublished (hidden) products.
